Oak Brook, Ill. â€� ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýAPP Inland Real Estate Group, Inc.’s (“Inlandâ€�) Principal, Chairman and CEO, Daniel L. Goodwin, was honored with the Village of Oak Brook’s “Resolution of Appreciationâ€� on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village of Oak Brook Board of Trustees Meeting.

“We are thrilled to acknowledge Dan Goodwin for building a multi-billion dollar business that is one of the nation’s leading and largest finance and real estate groups,� said Gopal G. Lalmalani, President of the Village of Oak Brook. “Oak Brook has been Inland’s home and headquarters for more than 30 years, and we are proud to have such an upstanding company in our community.�

ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýAPP “Resolution of Appreciationâ€� was adopted and approved by ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýAPP Village Board at their meeting on June 9, 2015. Village President Lalmalani commended Goodwin for his generosity, business and civic contributions to the Village of Oak Brook and its citizens. Additionally, Goodwin and Inland have employed thousands of local people in the community, supporting the local tax base and driving the local economy.

Goodwin also recently received the West Suburban Philanthropic Network’s 2015 “Philanthropist of the Year� award and the DuPage County Historical Museum “Making a Historical Difference� award. In addition, Inland was inducted into the Chicago Association of REALTORS® (CAR) “Hall of Fame� � the first corporation to be honored with that title in CAR’s 131-year history.

Inland has received dozens of awards from local civic and charitable organizations for its accomplishments and community service emphasizing initiatives to empower women in the workplace, including the “Elevate Award� from the Women’s Council of REALTORS® - Chicago Chapter, the National Association of Women Business Owners� (NAWBO) “Visionary Corporate Partner Award,� the Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce’s “Breaking the Glass Ceiling Award� and the YMCA’s “Corporate Recognition Award� for the commitment to the advancement of women in the workplace.
