Oak Brook, Ill. â€� ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýAPP Inland Real Estate Group, LLC (“Inlandâ€�) announced today that its IT department has received Realcomm’s Commercial Real Estate Digital Innovation or “Digieâ€� Award for the Best Use of Automation for the second year in a row. Realcomm’s “Digieâ€� Awards recognize companies, real estate projects, technologies and people that have positively impacted the real estate industry through the use of technology, automation and innovation.

Inland won the award for its Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) capabilities aimed at intelligently automating business processes. Inland partnered with Hexaware Technologies, a global leader and provider of IT, BPO and consulting services, to develop the RPA solution.

Inland’s IT department accepted the award during the Realcomm 2019 conference held June 13-14 in Nashville.

“Robotic Process Automation has allowed our IT team to improve productivity, accuracy, consistency, reliability, compliance and employee satisfaction,� said Klint Price, vice president of technology and chief information security officer at Inland. “We are grateful for the contributions of our strategic partner, Hexaware Technologies, and their leadership in advancing this critical capability as part of our digital transformation.�

In 2018, Inland won for its iSight Voice Analytics service integrating Amazon’s Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) platform with Inland’s Data Warehouse to gather and share business information related to Inland’s real estate portfolio.
